FENIX – A European Federated Network of Information eXchange in LogistiX – a new CEF project coordinated by ERTICO-ITS Europe was launched today in Brussels, Belgium with over 70 participants representing logistics stakeholders such as public authorities, transport companies, service providers, ports, customs, shippers, terminal operators, users and academia.
A consortium composed of 43 companies and organisations is breaking ground developing the first federated data network to harmonise the exchange of logistics information along the nine major EU transport corridors.
Circle, a Genoese company specialized in process analysis and in the development of automation solutions and for the digitalization of the port and intermodal logistics sectors, has announced its participation in the European project ‘Fenix – A European Federated Network of Information eXchange in LogistiXStudy’.

The Greek Undersecretary of Transport referred to the six co-financed projects of Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS), in which the Greek Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport participates.
